2. Conditions Applicable

2.1 These Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by Pharma-UK to the Buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which the Buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order confirmation of order or similar document. These conditions will prevail over any other information supplied to the Buyer or displayed on our website.

2.2 All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these conditions.

2.3 The contract for sale of the Goods shall not be concluded until Pharma-UK has confirmed the order to the Buyer either by email, phone or fax.

2.4 Acceptance of delivery/collection of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these conditions.

2.5 Any variation to these conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by PHARMA-UK.

3. The Price and Payment

3.1 The price shall be the price set out in the order for the Goods.

3.2 Payment of the Price shall be due with the order.

3.3 We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.

3.4 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

3.5 Payment can be made by Visa, Delta, Solo and Mastercard. These payments will be processed by Secure Trading.

3.6 We may refuse in our discretion to accept an order: (a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (b) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions. (d) where goods ordered by you are not available; (e) if we do not deliver to your area; Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.

3.7 Saved Card Terms You may choose to save a payment card on your account for faster checkout. If you choose to do so, please read and consent to the following before saving your card details. Saved Card Agreement Consent By choosing to store your card details, you consent to us taking payments for future purchases you make on this Website, from the specified payment card. Security Your card details will be encrypted and saved securely by our payment gateway provider; SagePay. You can find more details about SagePay and their security credentials in section 3.7 of these terms & conditions. Notification of Changes If any changes are made to this consent agreement, we will notify you by email. Agreement Term & Cancellation The consent agreement will apply until such a time that the card details expire, or you remove your saved card details from your account. Card details can be deleted at any time from the ‘Payment Methods’ tab within you account. Doing so will end this agreement between Yourself & Pharma-UK.

3.8 Secure Trading Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Secure Trading Secure Trading provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Secure Trading’sutmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way. Secure Trading use a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Secure Trading systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards. Secure Trading is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

4. The Goods

4.1 The quality and description of the Goods shall be as set out in the Order. We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. If there is anything which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact our Customer Services team at

4.2 Pharma-UK may from time to time make changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to comply with any applicable safety or statutory requirements or which do not materially affect the quality or fitness for purpose of the Goods. Also, PHARMA-UK do not warrant that the colour of the Goods will exactly match the colour shown on the website.

5. Eligibility

5.1 This Site and any products sold on this Site are intended for use by persons over the age of 18

6. Warranties and liability

6.1 Pharma-UK warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery/collection correspond to the description given by the Seller (subject to the terms of clause 4.2).

6.2 Products purchased via this Site must only be used in accordance with the instructions provided with the products and/or on this Site. PHARMA-UK accept no responsibility for damage, loss or injury caused by improper use of the products sold.

7. Returns

7.1 Returns will only be accepted on faulty or damaged items.

7.2 Returns of unopened, unused items may be accepted at our discretion no more than 30 days after purchase.

8. Guarantees

8.1 Pharma-UK CBD GOLD oil drops are consumable items sold in sealed packaging and are not covered by a guarantee.

8.2 The guarantee is subject to the following provisions:

8.2.1 The Guarantee is only valid within the boundaries of the country of purchase.

8.2.2 The product must be correctly operated in accordance with the instructions provided with the product and within the information sections of this website.

8.2.3 The guarantee will be rendered invalid if the product is re-sold or has been damaged by an attempted repair.

8.2.4 The manufacturer disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages. The guarantee is in addition to and does not diminish your statutory or legal rights.

9. Delivery of Goods

9.1 We offer delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (free service) or by Tracked 24 (chargeable) via Royal Mail, except where we deem delivery by alternative provider necessary. Your order may require a signature upon delivery as it may not fit through the letter box. If you are not available to accept an order, the standard terms of Royal Mail deliveries will apply. This will usually involve a card being left and your order being delivered to a local post office or attempt at re-delivery. We are unable to track orders sent by standard delivery.

9.2 We process your order as soon as possible and endeavour to do this the same day when received before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders received between 12pm Friday & midnight Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. On rare occasions, an item may be out of stock or unavailable and can take longer than the stated delivery time. In this case we will attempt to contact you to inform you of delays. We are unable to give exact delivery dates except where Next Day delivery services have been purchased within the correct terms and in which case the liability will then fall with Royal Mail who provide the service.

9.3 All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Once the items have been dispatched from us we hold no liability for damage, loss or delay. If Tracked 24 delivery has been paid for then we will put in a claim for any damage, loss or delay for you.

9.4 We accept no liability if incorrect address details given with your order lead to loss, delay or non-delivery. Please ensure you provide the correct details when ordering.

9.5 You may contact us to request dispatch of your order at a later date and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

9.7 If the package does not appear to be in good condition or items have been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can put in a claim with the delivery provider.

9.8 Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 7 days to notify Pharma-UK of any damage, shortages or incorrect items seemingly not caused by delivery. If we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify Pharma-UK in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days. 9.9 We deliver to mainland UK, Other area’s may be possible but may incur an additional charge, please contact for further information.

10. Acceptance of the Goods

10.1 The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted Goods 24 hours after collection or delivery to the Buyer (unless the Buyer is a Buyer defined in condition 11).

10.2 After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the contract.

11. Title and Risk

11.1 Title shall pass on a delivery/collection of the Goods.

11.2 Risk shall pass on delivery/collection of the Goods.

12. Remedies of the Buyer

12.1 Where the Buyer rejects any Goods (where the Buyer is entitled to reject the Goods) the Buyer shall have no further rights whatsoever in respect of the supply to the Buyer of such Goods or the failure by Pharma-UK to supply Goods which conform to the contract of sale.

12.2 Where the Buyer accepts or has been deemed to have accepted any Goods then Pharma-UK shall have no liability to the Buyer in respect of those Goods.

12.3 Pharma-UK shall not be liable to the Buyer for late delivery of the Goods.

12.4 Pharma-UK shall be under no liability whatever to the Buyer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Buyer arising out of a breach by Pharma-UK of this contract.

12.5 In the event of any breach of this contract by Pharma-UK the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall the liability of Pharma-UK exceed the Price of the Goods. 

13. Supply of Goods only

13.1 The Buyer acknowledges that Pharma-UK is simply a supplier of Goods and any application of the Goods is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

14. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“the Regulations”)

14.1 If the Buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Regulations the following cooling off provision applies.

14.2 Goods delivered must be cancelled in writing within 7 working days after the receipt. The Buyer will be liable to reimburse us the direct cost of recovering the goods if you cancel the order. The Buyer would then be refunded the value of the order less the direct cost of our recovering the goods. Please note the cost of recovering the goods will not exceed 20% of the gross value of your order but the exact cost will depend upon the nature of the goods and your location.

15. Proper Law of Contract

15.1 Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

15.2 These terms and conditions only cover the Pharma-UK web site ( Any other web sites to which you link from this site may be governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of web sites which are not under our control.

16. Loyalty Scheme Terms By participating in the Pharma-UK Loyalty Rewards scheme, you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions.

16.1 Loyalty discounts or points have no monetary value. Any value accrued from the collection of loyalty points is not considered actual currency and may only be applied to orders placed on this Website, where other terms and conditions are met, and where no exclusions apply.

16.2 Points cannot be allocated to other accounts or users

16.3 Loyalty discounts may not be applied with other coupons or discounts

16.4 We reserve the right to change the terms of our loyalty scheme at any time 16.5 We reserve the right to change or amend the value of Pharma-UK loyalty points and the number of points allocated for actions at any time

16.5 Points will be awarded for every full £1 spent. The redemption value of a point is 1 pence.
